Backorder request: $4.95
When a toll free number is in either "Disconnect" or "Transit" status, that means the number is in the process of returning to the spare number pool. We will attempt to grab the phone number
for you the instant it comes out of transition. If we are successful, you will be charged
a backorder fee from $195 to $795 depending on
the area code. If we are not successful, the
$4.95 you paid for the request can be credited towards
backordering another phone number. |

Toll-free Number Mothball Service: $19.95 per year
If you do not immediately need to use the
toll-free number you just activated, we can "mothball" the number for you. You still own the number but the calls won't go thru after the first month. The number
status is kept "ACTIVE" in the SMS/800 central database
so the number stays yours. You can wake the number out of hibernation anytime by transferring
it out to a permanent service provider. We
will provide evidence of your continuing
ownership when you are ready to transfer it
out.
